Refund policy

This policy applies to products sold and shipped directly by ParPro & Co., including our fragrances.

Returns You can request a return within 10 days of receiving or picking up your order. To be eligible, a full-size fragrance must be new, unopened and in its original sealed packaging. Opened or used fragrances can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Decants Because decants are repackaged from a full-size bottle, decants are final sale and can't be returned, unless they arrive damaged or leaking (see below).

How to start a return Email support@parpro.co with your order number and the reason for your return. Please contact us before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Damaged, leaking or defective items If your order arrives damaged, leaking or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. The damaged product must be returned to us. Once we've approved the claim, we'll send you return instructions and cover the return shipping cost. We'll issue a refund when we receive and inspect the item.

Lost packages If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the date your order ships, email us with your order number. We'll check with the carrier and, if the package can't be located, we'll issue a refund. This doesn't apply if the address entered at checkout was incorrect.

Order cancellations You can change or cancel an order until it ships. Email us as soon as possible. See our Shipping Policy.

Refunds We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If you don't see it within a reasonable time, contact us.

Affiliate links Some links on ParPro & Co. lead to products sold by other retailers, such as Amazon. Those purchases are governed by the retailer's return policy, not this one.

Your rights This policy doesn't limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that apply if goods are defective, not as described, or not delivered within the required or agreed timeframe.
