We want you to love your purchase—but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.

Returns & Refunds
You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Start a Return
Just email us at support@parpro.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please Note

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable and paid for by the purchaser.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item
• To refund your product, please send to 4821 Elk Road, Victoria BC, Canada, V9E2E6.  You are responsible to pay for your own shipping costs to return the item.  Shipping costs are non refundable.  Please do not send back to the manufacturer, they will not accept it.
• Please ensure you address is correct. Delivery drivers are sometimes not allowed in industrial/place or work areas.  If you are in doubt, please have items delivered to your place of residence.
