Look, let’s be entirely honest with each other right out of the gate. We aren’t here to play silly corporate games or hide the plumbing.

This website uses affiliate links.  It’s how I am going to pay for my kids to go to University. ( I hope)

What does that actually mean? It means if you click a link on ParPro and buy some gear, or fragrance, or a nice watch, even book a vacation;  we might make a small commission from the folks selling it. Crucially, it costs you absolutely nothing extra. Not a single extra dime.

How This Whole Machine Works

When you click one of these links, a tiny digital breadcrumb (a cookie) drops into your browser. If you end up buying that piece of kit, the seller’s automated system looks at that breadcrumb, says "Ah, the ParPro lot sent them over," and tosses a couple of coins into our jar for making the introduction.

Why do we do it? Because running a website, doing rigorous testing, and keeping the lights on takes an immense amount of time, effort, and quite frankly, cash. This setup allows us to keep digging into the data without charging you a subscription fee to read our findings.  And, as mentioned, will allow us to send our daughter to school…to be a DOCTOR…to perhaps take care of me…or you one day.  That, my friends is a noble cause.

Here is the absolute bedrock of what we do: We do not shill garbage. If a piece of equipment is brilliant, if a fragrance smells great, or if a vacation idea is fantastic, we will yell it from the rooftops with pure, unadulterated excitement. However, if we test something and it turns out to be an over-engineered, useless piece of junk, or smells like something that should be in the middle of a forest, far away from everything, or that belongs in a dumpster, we will tell you exactly that. Our single, solitary goal is to help you cut through the marketing noise, understand the real data, and make smart decisions about how you spend your hard-earned money on this beautiful, maddening game.
